Work and Study Pathways

This coaching program is for you if you know what career path to pursue – now, it’s about getting job-ready.

Whether you’re already in a TAFE or Uni pathway, or are just taking your first steps towards those, the program will give you the guidance and support to get where you want to go. 

It’s the right next step if you’ve completed our Career Discovery and Foundations or NDIS School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) programs. 

Our COACHES will work with you to deepen your skills and experiences in the area you’ve identified as your potential future career path. The focus is enhancing your employability and workforce readiness,.

This includes building out portfolios and CVs, completing your studies, honing your technical abilities and upping your life skills for your next big move – finding and keeping a job. 

Our NDIS employment supports can even extend to once you’ve started a job, and getting the help you need to ensure it’s a smooth step. 

If you’re in Melbourne you can join us at our HQ, where CREW hang out, share a communal lunch and engage as much or as little as they like. We have high-end tech tools and computers, with both quiet and social spaces for CREW to spend their time. 

If you’re outside Melbourne or prefer online, all of our communities and coaching programs can be accessed anywhere in Australia.  

CRANK isn’t your typical NDIS provider. 

We harness your existing passions – such as e-sports, gaming, and technology – to develop your skills, helping you feel more independent and ready for life’s big challenges. 

Our work and study pathways programs are customised to align with your interests. While our CREW have diverse ages, abilities and interests, great friendships are built around a shared love of gaming.
