Request Account Deletion
Once we process and confirm your request, your CRANK account will be deleted.
If you did not enrol in a program with us, we will also delete your member profile.
If you were enrolled in a program with us, we will retain your profile (but it will only be viewable by our staff), and invoicing and attendance records for auditing purposes.
