Navigating the next steps after school can be tricky, no matter who you are. All sorts of barriers can pop up. What will you do next? Who will you become? These are challenging things to face alone.
The CRANK Career Discovery and Foundations Coaching Program can help you navigate this tricky time, explore your passion for gaming and meet your NDIS job and study goals.
Who It's For
This program is open to all ages and backgrounds, especially school leavers who have barriers such as autism and psychosocial disorders. It’s an effective choice for anyone having trouble with social disconnection and disorientation in post-school life.
You know you need to start thinking about work or further study. You’ll benefit from coaching to discover how you can align your strengths with career pathways and new skill development.
How It Works
Everything CRANK does is built around the things you love – such as gaming and technology.
Our COACHES will help you leverage your passions and natural strengths to open up possibilities for jobs or courses you could do. For example, if it’s gaming, you might look at game development, animation, 3D illustration or any of our 22 established career pathways.
Beyond the pathways themselves, we’ll also get into some foundational stuff such as healthy habits, time management, communication skills and job applications.
Our COACHES are experts at what they do and here to assist you knock over barriers and take the next step in life.
In Person, Hybrid or Remote
All our 1:1 and group coaching sessions can be done online or at our Melbourne HQ, whatever suits you best. If you do come into HQ, you can also enjoy a free lunch, hang out with other CREW who share common interests and take a break on our gaming equipment.
