Sarah Keogh

COACH

About

Hi, I’m Sarah (they/them)

I’m a youth worker and career coach who loves helping crew explore their strengths, build confidence, and figure out pathways in study, work, and community life. I’ve worked across schools, youth programs, mental health and employment services, and always take a strengths-based, and person-centred approach.

As a non-binary, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent coach, creating safe and inclusive spaces is really important to me—I want every crew member to feel seen, supported, and valued.

Fun Fact About Me

I’m a little obsessed with Doctor Who :rocket: (ask me about my favourite Doctor!)

My Greatest Achievement

I’m proud of creating and leading programs that gave young people a real voice in their education—like the Student Voice and Alumni Program at Hester Hornbrook Academy.
