How We Coach It
Our Valorant e-sports CREW do team-based gameplay with a focus on three key areas: mechanics, mindset, and game sense.
With a pro coach guiding you, you’ll delve deep into mouse movement, your emotions (don’t tilt!), and constructive feedback on areas of improvement.
By recognising that success in this game is more of a mental challenge than physical, we bring a strong focus on mental wellbeing and healthy habits around the training program.

Relaxation Techniques: COACHES teach players various relaxation techniques that can help them manage stress and regulate their emotions during gameplay. Techniques such as deep breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation or visualisation can be practiced between rounds or during respawn times.
